The Royal Fortune Teller

The Royal Fortune Teller lives within King Raneal's Castle... She has many mystical powers and can read the future, but you may not see her unless she summons you...

*A guard walked in while i waited outside with the other one. He came back and signaled that it was all clear and that she was expecting us. As Kade walked in, he noticed that their were all kinds of odd looking objects scattered about the place but where the fortune teller was, was clear as day as the ball that her hands were rotating around was very bright in this not so illuminated place...*

"Hello my name is Kade, the king sent me here. He said that there was a reward here?" Kade said to the fortune teller...

*The fortune teller looked up at Kade and smiled... she spoke with a soft tone...*

"I have been waiting for you... Please sit..."

*She looked into her crystal ball and spoke...*

"I am sorry for your loss..."

*Kade nodded in appreciation, a sullen look on his face as he walked over to where she was and sat in the chair opposite hers.*

"I thank you for your remorse..." Kade said

*The fortuneteller looked up from her crystal ball and looked at Kade... She then looked at him with a numb expression and spoke...*

"Before I continue, i need to know what your goals and intentions are..."

*Kade looked into the woman's eyes and said.*

"I intend to set things right. I want to make the man who did this to my family pay for his wickedness, and i want to go back to my house with my family, then live the way we were before all of this happened....i hope that answers your question..."

*Kade's voice faded as he ended what he said...*

*The fortune teller then looked from Kade, back to her Crystal ball... The room became pitch black, all that could be seen was the crystal ball... It glowed a bright yellow, then it turned red.... A voice from inside the crystal ball screamed out to Kade...*

"Kade! Save us please!"

*The crystal ball began to levitate into the air... The crystal began so flatten and stretch out to fill the room... The crystal ball looked as if it had became some sort of ceiling... The now glass like ceiling had turned purple... Winds began to rush out of the purple glass ceiling, then a warm rush flowed within Kade.... *

Kade received 72 Vis

*A bag fell into Kade's lap from the purple glass ceiling...*

Kade received 30 Gold

*The Glass ceiling had now formed back into a sphere and turned yellow once again... It levitated back to it's original spot... The room became lit again and the fortune teller was seen staring at Kade... She spoke with a wide eyed expression...*

"If you do not reach your family in three days, they will die..."

*Keeping her stare on Kade, the fortune teller rubbed the crystal ball and spoke...*

"Now you may ask one question, and i will answer it to the best of my ability..."

*Kade was wide eyed and a shiver ran down his back at what he had just seen...and heard... he shook from his dae and looked at her already knowing what question he was going to ask...*

"Where are they being kept."

*The fortune teller sighed as she looked into the crystal ball... different pictures could be made out when looking into the crystal ball, but none if it would have made sense to an on looker... She looked up from the crystal ball and she spoke....*

"They are being held in a cage in the middle of the battledome..."

*She sighed once again and spoke with much grief...*

"May Vis bless your journey..."

*The room becomes pitch black... Kade falls asleep, but awakes at the Bull's Head Tavern...*
